We care about the implementability of our strategies and results. We do not take pride in producing a solid business/strategic concept or business model that is not executable and only becoming a dusting stack of papers in our client’s office. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing and hearing our client’s successes in the media and in the business community as a result of successfully executing our recommendations.
We are a well-established consulting institution, not just a collection of independent individuals. Our nearly 20 years of experience in solving our clients’ strategic and marketing problems as a firm allow us to amass abundance of case studies that allow us to sharpen the soundness and executionability of our recommendations within our areas of expertise.
We are a boutique firm, and thus we serve better. We are an established firm with qualified consultants within our areas of expertise and geographical coverage, but we are not as large as many global management consulting firms.
